Ingredients
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 1/4 C apricot preserves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T white wine vingegar
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 t dijon mustard
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until blended well.
Salt and pepper chicken and grill until still slightly pink on the inside.
Baste top side of chicken with glaze and turn. Glaze other side of chicken. Continue to grill, turning once more, until chicken is completely cooked.
Glaze can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 weeks, however, make sure you don't contaminate the whole mix with utensils that have handled the uncooked meat.
