OUR RETURN POLICY
 
If you bought any book directly from us and paid 80-100% of the original list price before shipping, you may return the book in salable condition within 60 days and we will issue a prompt, courteous refund (the shipping charge is non-refundable). Please include a note about why the book didn't work for you. If the book is dog-eared from use, has coffee stains, etc., please don't return, as we will not issue a refund.
If you took advantage of one of our occasional deep-discount special offers and paid less than 80% of list, the book is non-returnable.
 
ORDER SAFETY
 
We have taken the proper precautions to make sure that each purchase you make is protected and safe.  We conform to industry standard security guidelines and have a “high” security score in order to pass payment industry certification.  
 
OUR PRIVACY POLICY?
 
We guarantee that the names and addresses and payment information we collect through our newsletter registration, book orders, or through any e-mail you send us, will not be sold or given away, for any reason, under any circumstances. They are solely to administer the subscription lists to our newsletters and to respond to your inquiries.  If at any time you wish to not receive our mailings or newsletters, click on the “Unsubscribe” link on our mailing.
